Frankly, it was NOT my initial intention to buy a car and to trade-in my Honda Fit… It all happened yesterday because I was truly pleased and amazed with my experience at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan! Rick and Dan, these two men proved "Nothing is impossible" - no doubt they both are AMAZING ROCK STARs; they are humble and didn’t act like typical "car salesman." Out of their exceptional services, I was very pleased and satisfied to trade-in my car and drove home a fancy AWD SUV. I’ve never met any person, like Rick, at a car dealer place, who was very patient, caring, and willing to go out of his way taking his time to teach me some advanced settings on my new car, including the safety features, that was a very mindful and thoughtful commitment out of his kind heart. I can tell he probably is treating all his other customers the same way; I also can tell he loves to help others and loves to take good care of his customers… Dan is equally awesome, took his time very patiently looking for all possible warranty packages, including maintenance coverages, that fits the best of my needs. Honestly, I was VERY AGAINST any of this type of extended warranties because I did not want to spend/waste more $$ on something that I may or may not need; by him sharing his expertise and knowledges with me, I learned quickly, encouraged and empowered to select my own suitable plans; ended up I committed to a 6yr/80k Mile Warranty plan and a 4.99yr maintenance plan with my full satisfaction. I truly respect his professionalism! I’m grateful for my exceptional experience at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan for how much they cared and valued their customers ! Under my full coverage, I’ll be visiting this place a couple times a year probably for a long-term and will purchase my future cars from them, too. I would Highly recommend Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan to all my friends, colleagues, and families; I LOVE my super cool Nissan Rogue, too. I’ve never been so extremely satisfied with a dealership as I have been with Tonkin Nissan in Wilsonville. I have taken my Z370 to them for 5 years now. And absolutely every service visit has gone very well as I have been with Tonkin Nissan in Wilsonville. I have taken my Z370 to them for 5 years now. AVOID THIS PLACE. .. BAIT AND SWITCH PLAYER AND VERY DISHONEST...driving down from the Olympia area we went to look at a vehicle they had advertised for 39,500[CPO 23 .. BAIT AND SWITCH PLAYER AND VERY DISHONEST...driving down from the Olympia area we went to look at a vehicle they had advertised for 39,500[CPO 23 ROGUE PLATINUM]. the salesman was very nice. we already put our VIN number on the Kelley Blue Book site and saw the trade range being from mid $10,300 to low 14,100 we figured trying to be around 12,500 or so was not too much to ask they came back offering LIKE 8000 for the trade showing us at Kelley Blue Book print out saying that they're deriving the information from Kelly direct when I had the website up with the VIN... Also, buyer beware, when they wrote up the sales proposal from the used car manager the price of the vehicle was switched to 41999 + 1300 for a ceramic coating package another 900 for some clear paint protectant, 3,500 for an extended warranty even though it was a Nissan CPO... just typical price inflators....So the bait and switch on the price of the sale was pretty apparent and then trying to say they use the same resources and not even listening to the fact that I used the exact same resources in the numbers weren't correct tells me that they were obviously manipulating information to their favor. so the deal looked good until you showed up in person. On our way out I also heard some other people having the same conversation of how they were being treated shady and we're going somewhere else. Also pretty tacky to do an appraisal on the vehicle and move it and then when they give you the keys back after you reject their shady shenanigans and they don't bother to tell you where they relocated the car.needless to say, went to olympia nissan and bought a new.. not used Rogue Platinum for less. way less.I will NEVER recommend GEE Automotive or tonkin auto to anyone. I will also be reporting them accordingly for the blatantly obvious slimy practices.Do better.AVOID THIS PLACE...
