We came to TCP to find a vehicle that we loved and originally were looking for a Prius and ended up buying a RAV4 hybrid. She never was pushy or trying to steer you in any direction that wasn't what you wanted. Alda really listened and advocated on our behalf when it came to purchasing the vehicle and was so knowledgable about the process and it shows that she has been in the business for a good while! She even worked until past closing to the point where we were the only people left at the dealership. Suffice it to say that Alda showed knowledge, skill but also heart and passion in truly helping her customers achieve true happiness with their vehicle search and purchases.
