Doesn't stand behind GMC warranties or workmanship. Warranty was on compressor and load leveling system. Dealer refused to troubleshoot failure mechanism. This last experience was a three star level of service because your technicians didn’t discuss a problem that could’ve been addressed during service. We had two headlights replaced, and when she read the technician notes afterward, Walser indicated that a blinker light was broken and needed to be replaced. Now, she will have to take more time to return to Walser and address that issue That could’ve been handled in the same visit And the same part of the car.
