The service aspect was fine given that the computer systems were down all day. My main complaint was that when they told me car was ready, they didn't mention the payment system was having issues. They told me to have seat, as I waited and watched three people charge out, i got up to ask inquire. The service rep seemed to have disappeared while other were being closed out. Waited for 20 min longer than others just to pay. Nothing offered for extreme delay to pay. More

I bought the car at Walser Honda in Burnsville, MN. I bought the paint film protection package and was told the installer would call me. The installer never called me so I emailed the salesman about I bought the paint film protection package and was told the installer would call me. This is unacceptable. I will never use that dealership again and expect the hear directly from Honda as to what happened.. More
