West Herr Ford of Rochester (4545 W Ridge Road) has such an amazing group of people to deal with…specifically Zach and the women at the front desk in the Collision department. They are so friendly, out goin an amazing group of people to deal with…specifically Zach and the women at the front desk in the Collision department. They are so friendly, out going and exude such wonderful customer service in a time when customer service seems to be obsolete. I only required a small part painted for my Bronco but was was left with such a positive experience, that after leaving I told everyone I work with to go there for any work required on their vehicle (whether or not they own a Ford).
