Got a 2019 Toyota Highlander 7/27/22. It was certified pre owned with a 3 month, 3k mile warranty. On 8/17/22 the AC went out. I messaged their chat about this and was told the warranty should cover the repair. When I took my car in to Toyota I was told that I needed to replace the AC Compressor. They found freon levels low and said that my AC compressor locked up. They also said the AC repair was not covered and I should contact who I purchased the vehicle from. I contacted the service department and they said that it was not covered under warranty and they would not correct the issue. I had the car for 3 weeks and now I already have a repair of $2400 for a certified pre-owned Toyota vehicle. Unacceptable. They should stand behind their product. Do not purchase used from here More

Nice hometown friendly folks that know their business. I typically drive a vehicle til the wheels fall off because I dread the process of buying another, but this one was not only painless but pleasant. More

I should have realized when I went to pick it up after my final test drive that I had bought a lemon . I paid $10,000.00 for my impala and it's been 2 months since I had it and the warranty had ran out the first 2 weeks that I had it . 2 months and I have already paid almost another $1,750.00 for mechanical issues . I had took it back nemourous times during the warranty and after the 4th time taking it back they had finally fixed the wheel bearing . 2 months now and need another bearing. Shareef is a nice guy and I dont think he knew about the problems the car has , but I think the higher up people did (my opinion) . While I took my car back 2 of the 4 times others were complaining about their cars they had bought . I went through 2 rentals and when I would complain they looked at me like I was crazy . I'm sorry , but I would not recommend this dealer ( Triad Mitsubishi ) . More

After paying for the tags a week before the 30 day tags expired, they still have not sent them. When called, nobody knew anything and being very immature, would not let me speak with the manager and the owner. Continuing this pattern, they would also not return phone calls. Finally, after calling another dealership associated with them, we thought we received the help we needed. They sent another 30 day tag after 3 days of not being able to drive the vehicle. They called later about the permanent tags and we decided for them to be mailed via FedEx overnight. Once again it has been a week later, and still we havent gotten our tags yet, called and yet again sent me to random voice mails, would not let me to speak to anybody I asked for, and would not return any voice calls. Finally they told me that it was not their problem, they had mailed the tags a week prior, when it was impossible for them to do so, we have not spoken yet to go file for a lost tag at my own expense due to their mistakes. I would highly recommend to go visit another dealership. More
