Everything about this transaction was outstanding. The price DuPage CDJR offered was far superior to any other dealership, which is why I drove over an hour to buy the Jeep even though there are 4-5 dealers closer to me. The price was pre-agreed (and was $8-9k lower than anywhere else would offer).
Once I got to the dealership, I was greeted promptly and John and Kimmy became my sales team. It felt like I had been assigned the "A-team." John took great time to walk me through the features of the vehicle, even though I didn't really need that tour (this was my second Jeep Wrangler). Despite a slow-down in the process due to another employee's mistake in registering the car to a different buyer, John and Kimmy spent time with me giving me added comfort and information, and to keep the purchase process going as quickly as possible.
And John went above and beyond in helping me after the purchase to learn more about my options for a hard top and other accessories. Truly, a phenomenal experience.
When I bought my first Jeep, the dealership I purchased from was awful, and I vowed I would never set foot there again, not even for service. This experience was the exact opposite, and I would gladly go all the way back to DuPage CDJR and to recommend that my friends do the same.
