My wife and I had the most pleasant experience at Herzog-Meier because of Stephanie Tichenor. From our cold walk in to the dealership at the beginning, she was always positive and attentive to what our needs were in a vehicle. That included everything from the seats to the electronics that were standard. Always made suggestions and asked questions to clarify what our interests were and the best size for our needs. We ended up purchasing a new XC60 from her and have never looked back. Her associate Sage showed us how everything worked on the vehicle, both inside and out. Her patience with us seniors was incredible, and she explained and answered all of questions no matter how strange they were.

We have dealt with Mock Ford since 1992 when we had a 92 Ford Explorer. There’s nothing for us to complain about here! Lance has been great to work with as well as Don through several purchases I’m on first name basis with several service writers.

Unfortunately I have to give this dealership at least one star because, to be honest, if I could I would give them a zero. We bought a VERY expensive car there and verbally agreed on a price. Unfortunately, my husband (who had a mutual friend with the sales manager, James B., who he thought was also a friend) trusted James and didn't check the paperwork with an eagle eye. If he had, he would have noticed that James increased the sales price $2,000 over what had been agreed on verbally. My husband learned a tough lesson there, but shame on James for being a snake in the grass and not honoring a "handshake agreement." We have had another negative experience with a Lithia-owned dealership (dishonest) and now this further punctuates our decision to make a concerted effort to NOT deal with a dealership owned by Lithia. Unfortunately, Lithia dominates the southern Oregon area, but we will drive as far away as we have to to buy our cars. I'm now looking at buying a 2024 vehicle and if I buy a Mazda, looks like my closest option is to drive to Eugene.

Went in for an maintenance on my car they were super fast (about an hour) and it was cheaper than expected. Travis was very helpful in answering any of my questions about the safety of my car. They are so friendly there I'll definitely be coming back.

All around awesome service! I purchased a used truck from them. It had a couple of minor issues. The salesman worked with me, and they got it fixed in super fast time, and also gave me a loaner car. Jason did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. Would gladly recommend them to anyone, take your time, kick some tires and look over what they have. If I need another vehicle, will more than likely go back!
