The below concerns were addressed satisfactorily. I am grateful to Cody (sales manager) and Sam (salesperson) who insisted I will be taken care. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. I will definitely recommend them and purchase again in the future. Thanks again guys!!
I purchased a used vehicle on February 8. I understand purchasing as-is is a risk however, I believe the organization knew about a critical engine issue and failed to tell me or listen to me when I told them about the previous diagnosis. This failure to be transparent or take my complaints serious is exceptionally bad business. My sales person, however, was fantastic and had nothing to do with, the mechanical issue I complained about. I was able to request a refund for the warranty. They sold me that I was told will cover the engine if there was a problem however, the specific problem is not covered under the warranty. I owned the car for one week when I brought it to my sales person‘s attention who relayed the information to the service advisor, which yielded no satisfaction . My purchase was a 2018 Audi Q7 my sales person was Sam Harrington. I went to Audi right down the road owned by sonic automotive group. The same people who own BMW and was told that the engine should be rebuilt. If BMW and Audi are owned by the same company, (sonic auto group) then the previous diagnosis should have been remedied prior to sale. They knowingly sold me a car that would require thousands of dollars in repair upon driving it off the lot. That’s the bad… the good, Sam Harrington was responsive, kind and professional. They did replace the tires, brakes and rotors which I was told they had to to be able to sell the car.
