First new car in a very long time. It’s good to see that Pullman is filling its lot now. It’s been a rough few years. My experience was like hanging out with a friend. John Tucker was very different than past new car shopping. He and the General Manager and really all the sales people were very helpful, friendly and knew every inch of the car and I left with a car and all I needed to know. I was impressed they all worked and helped each other even though it wasn’t their sale. Every question was answered plus a zillion things I didn’t know to ask about. Thanks for a good experience and an amazing new car.

This is the worst service I've ever had in my entire life! I arrived in my new car for the fourth warranty service, 20,000 miles. This service includes an engine oil change with filter after 10,000 miles, tire rotation, etc. Before leaving the car for them, I checked the engine oil on a napkin and left it in the car. After 2 hours I received an SMS that the service was completed and I could pick up the car. I picked up the car and the next morning I decided to check the engine oil level using the same napkin - and I saw the same dark brown color of the 10,000 mile engine oil. Their entire service consisted of them zeroing out the readings on the dashboard in my car and not doing anything else! I came to them this morning and asked a question - why is there old motor oil in my engine after the service!? to which they began to tell me that they looked on the computer for information about my visit yesterday and they were absolutely sure that the oil had been changed! I told them to check the oil again and they laughed at me, they took a sheet of clean paper and dropped oil from the dipstick of my engine and after that they dropped new oil next to it and fell silent... I told them - look what the new oil looks like and what the oil looks like which worked in the engine for 10,000 miles! after that they began to assure me that the new oil in the engine was mixed with the old oil and that’s why it had this color, I firmly said no! it is not true ! and after that they said that they would change the oil right away, after they unscrewed the drain bolt on the engine pan and dark brown engine oil poured out, which had been used for 10,000 miles - I told them LOOK AT THIS! after that the manager began to tell me that the oil was really old and was not replaced along with the filter and that he was very sorry for what happened!!! I don't need any apologies! I was deceived by this service and if I had not insisted on changing the engine oil, then my new engine would have run 20,000 miles without an oil change and this would have led to a decrease in engine life, as engine oil loses its properties, which leads to wear parts in the engine! I highly do not recommend people to use this service!

Just purchased a 2024 Prius Prime from Toyota of Tri-Cities on 26 February. My salesperson was Mikki Chandler who was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with. She is very knowledgeable on the Toyota product line and has automobile mechanical experience in her background. All the team members at the dealership that I interfaced with were great and I never felt any pressure during the sales process. I will say this - Toyota Tri-Cities is doing it the right way as a dealership and how they value Customers. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them in the future and highly recommend the dealership and of course Mikki Chandler.

This service department did not make a good first impression but they made up for it when I returned for the third time. I was treated respectfully and my explanation of the service needed was accepted the first time. I felt valued and that is important to me. I will return in the future for my car maintenance. I do like the fact that you don't have to make an appointment for service work and they have a wonderful lounge for people waiting for their car to be serviced. I gave them a 4 star rating only because of my first experience. They earned a 5 stars on this latest visit.

Bought our 2109 Rae 4 here new. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a new vehicle. They have also serviced the car and did dry well. Unfortunately we had 2 issues with the car that were not our fault and were not covered by the warranty….a leaky roof rack and failing hinges on the rear hatch. Both were expensive repairs (probably $2000 for each) but in both cases this dealer did them for no charge as they appeared to be manufacturing defects. We really appreciated them doing these for us.

I took my Prius in for routine oil change, next day I hear a strange noise, took it back in. They say needs spark plugs, got new plugs. Noise still there and check engine light comes on. Driving down the freeway and big cloud of white smoke following me. while putting car on trailer notice the shield underneath is hanging so took it off and saw there was no housing on the oil filter. No oil or coolant was left in the car. They said they needed to put oil and filter housing on to diagnose so they charge for that. did not put coolant in though. diagnostic revealed blown head gasket. caused from a rock entering the bottom of the car through the drain plug hole and bouncing around knocking the housing off and damaging the coolant pipes. major $$$ to repair. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car before. They told me to turn it into my insurance as if it was in a collision with a rock. I think they should have turned it into their insurance as a major mess up doing the oil change. This car was my fourth prius. I have three other Toyotas in my family. They lost a good customer. The chances of winning. million dollar lottery is better than a rock doing this damage. What sucks the most is there is no way to prove it either way. I never thought that they would not make good the wrong or I would have taken it elsewhere. Every mechanic I talk to about it automatically says they screwed up on the oil change....but how do I prove it?

I reached out online about a car they had on the lot. A short time later Tony Petrina reached out to me from the sales department. I had a few questions and he answered them immediately. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership, and I knew this car would go fast(manual and low miles). So I texted him early, and asked if the car was still available, and if he could grab the keys for me to test drive. I didn't want to get down there and have it be gone. He connected with the GM and they were able to hold the keys long enough(about an hour) for me to get down there. I walked in to meet Tony, but I was in the wrong area. So whomever was at the front desk walked me over to Tony Petrina and he met me with a smile and we took the car out for a drive. Super knowledgeable salesman, and he was very easy to work/talk with. I had a preapproval, but it didn't work because the car was over 10 years old. That was a little wrench, but the finance person(Jaime) was equally as helpful, and made things happen quickly(and painfully). They were both amazing to work with, and now my son will have a great and reliable Toyota when he finally turns 16. In the meantime, I'm having fun driving a stick again(20+ years), and will save mileage on my Tundra. I don't write reviews much, so please read carefully. Tony Petrina was great, the Jaime (finance person) was great, and the car is exactly what I had been looking for. Thanks for all the time and help Tony Petrina. As my grandfather use to always say, "you are a gentleman and a scholar." Of course that's what he said when he wasn't telling us grandkids to "go play in the traffic." I used this toyota service center for years they used to be very good and attentive. But not any more, today I spend 20 minutes to speak to a service attendence while 4-5 of them sitting and chatting while I and others waiting in line, then told me it takes 3 hours for simple mentance, I asked if I can get a car so i can go to my business, the answer were no, they didnt say sorry for my wait time, as well as it looks like they dont care if any one came to their service center. Very disappointed, i will go to another cervice center, will never come to this one ever!!

The sales manager, on the other hand, tried to reject our full advertised-price offer after learning we didn't want a loan or warranty. This is illegal in many states, Washington included. I tracked down the dealership's parent corporation. The owner returned my call and reinstated the deal.

Its great until you bring your vehicle there for repairs. Our Dodge Ram has been sitting there for NINE MONTHS! 9 months and barely any communication! I was patient for the first SIX months, I am no longer patient. We begged for communication so we could at least know what was going on! It is sitting with part of the motor on the front seat with DUST! I am angry and I will be contacting a lawyer! I would give negative stars if I could. This is beyond horrible customer service.
