He understood that we needed time to make the right decision, and never rushed us. He even came in on his day off to complete the sale and instruct us about the various hi-tech feature of the car. When we discovered a minor factory defect, he worked with the service department to remedy the situation. His attention and care was genuine. We were also impressed by Paul, who did everything possible to get us all that we wanted at a fair price. A truly nice man with the patience of a saint. We have purchased many cars over the years, and have never had such a positive experience as we have had -- and expect to continue to have -- at McGovern. More
