My vehicle has been sitting at this dealership for almost year!! I spoke about maybe 25 different people there and no one are able to tell me what’s going on with my vehicle. Dropped my car yesterday morning around 10am because my key would not turn the car off. The service advisor Chris stated that the car would be ready in the afternoon and that he would call when it was read key would not turn the car off. The service advisor Chris stated that the car would be ready in the afternoon and that he would call when it was ready. We got a shuttle around 12p, that dropped us off to get lunch. Called back around 2p and couldn't reach the service advisor or the assistant manager. Finally got dropped off at 4p, and the car was sitting out ready to pick up with no service advisors in sight. The morning crew had left. No call whatsoever. More
