Horrible experience. Would never go back!! I called and asked if a certain vehicle I found online was available and assured me it would be. When we arrived we asked for our salesman. He greet I called and asked if a certain vehicle I found online was available and assured me it would be. When we arrived we asked for our salesman. He greeted us and sat us at a table and left. We sat there for over 20 minutes and finally we asked the front desk to page him. He finally came back and said I have good news and bad news. The car you wanted is out on loan. I didn't even ask for the good news as they called me at least 3 times to confirm my appointment included 1/2 hour before I was supposed to be there. Each time I asked if the car was still availble and each time they assure me it was. This was a typical bait and switch. We walked out and went to another dealer and purchased a car. More

I thought my service was fast and friendly! I wanted to buy a Jeep Cherokee, and I was promptly greeted and the sales person called Damien up to handle my deal since we had spoken last year abou I wanted to buy a Jeep Cherokee, and I was promptly greeted and the sales person called Damien up to handle my deal since we had spoken last year about purchasing a Jeep. Damien was happy to see me, and quickly found out what I had on my new car wish list. He was able to secure financing in just a few minutes, even though my credit was not perfect. Damien had the car brought around that covered most of my wish list, and pointed out all the important features, and we went on a test drive. He asked if I liked it and I said, "Yes!" We had a nice lunch from a food vending truck, and by the time lunch was finished, we closed the deal. It was a very positive experience! More
