I had transmission concerns with my truck. I was told to go to this location because they had the transmission technicians that I needed. I made an appointment and was told that it was at 8:00 I was told to go to this location because they had the transmission technicians that I needed. I made an appointment and was told that it was at 8:00 in the morning so I dropped off the night before. My vehicle was never looked at that day. I had to call to find that out. Then I was told that it would be the first one in the next day. I was also told that I would receive a call around noon to let me know what the diagnosis was. I had to call them at 3:45 because they never called me. It too several calls to get in touch with someone that knew what was going on. That’s when I was told that the technician was out in my vehicle checking it out. They hadn’t looked at it all day. I had already told Cassandra that I needed my vehicle back asap because my wife were down to one vehicle while the other was in the shop with her. I felt like the customer service was terrible and my vehicle is still having the same problem that I brought it in for. I am afraid to bring it back to this place due to the poor customer service. More
