I came in panicked since my girlfriend's car was having transmission issues. James in the service department assisted us and was a great calming influence. He walked us through all scenarios he reasonably transmission issues. James in the service department assisted us and was a great calming influence. He walked us through all scenarios he reasonably could and gave us honest, fair information. We expected a bit of a wait as there were a lot of cars in with transmission issues, but the service department was able to get to work on the car way quicker than expected (the very next day) and identified the issue (and other issues) lightning fast. The car is driving great and James' communication throughout the entire process was spot on. More

I purchased a used vehicle that was supposed to have gone through a multi point inspection yet I had to drive it away with a check engine light on the dash. One of the tires was mis matched and they allowed through a multi point inspection yet I had to drive it away with a check engine light on the dash. One of the tires was mis matched and they allowed me money off to replace it myself rather than have it done at their dealership. No one could show me the operation of the vehicle as they were not familiar with that make and model. Overall I was not satisfied. More
