The experience was awful. Wayne Ford is very easy to schedule service with. They have options for pick up and drop off of your vehicle or use of a loaner car. The service was done in a timely manner. I do wish a free car wash They have options for pick up and drop off of your vehicle or use of a loaner car. The service was done in a timely manner. I do wish a free car wash was included and that they would pull up the vehicle for me when I come to pick it up. I do appreciate they protect the seats and steering wheel with plastic but it would be nice to have that removed before I get in it to drive home. This the 4 stars vs 5 star rating. My other car dealership did all those things. More
