Nice, courteous, fast, was disappointed they did not wash the car and when I picked up they gave bad directions to find my car. Polite, fast, and efficient. i never have any time. They promised it would take under an hour and kept their word. The experience was awful. Not only did they waste half a week by waiting 5 days just to run a diagnostic, which they already knew I did myself, but then decided to charge me f Not only did they waste half a week by waiting 5 days just to run a diagnostic, which they already knew I did myself, but then decided to charge me for said diagnostic cause I decided to take my business elsewhere after trying to up charge me 1200$ in labor fees. The service departments manager was also very unprofessional. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. More
