Spitzer Ford heavy truck service, technicians and staff, are fantastic! Driving our 30 foot, 6 ton class c RV with ford E450 triton v10 engine on family trip for family event, from NJ to Colorado. Marooned all Sunday. Called Spitzer 8 a.m. Monday, Got there 20 minutes later. Immediate attention. IMMEDIATE SERVICE! Accesed engine Isolated blown plug Replaced destroyed parts Rethreaded plug port Replaced ALL 10 spark plugs (my request!) Detailed check Replaced belt and pulley Put it all back together Done by 4pm More than fair price OUR TRAVELS SAVED! We are forever grateful for caring, exper service!
