⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of buying a new 2023 BMW M2 from Niello BMW Sacramento, and it was by far one of the best dealership experiences I've had. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and care. The staff members are not only knowledgeable about the BMW lineup but are genuinely passionate about ensuring every visitor feels valued. What particularly stood out to me was the seamless synergy among the team. Whether it was sales (Gary Carroll/Ryan Cox/Fatima Fonseca), service (Scott Glackin/Andrew Kemp), or finance (Robby Cochran), everyone was in tune with the needs of the customers and worked cohesively to provide a top-notch experience. Whenever I get my cars service, the service department is exceptional. My service advisor Andrew Kemp and his technicians take the time to explain the intricacies of my vehicle's maintenance, ensuring I had a comprehensive understanding of what is being done. It's clear that they pride themselves on transparency and building trust with their clientele. Purchasing or servicing a vehicle, especially a luxury sport brand like BMW, should come with a level of sophistication and class. Niello BMW Scaramento not only meets those expectations but consistently exceeds them. After my car is service, Michael Gutierrez brings my car, handed over my key and with a smile wishing me a safe and happy travel, that's service at it's best. I had ordered an I4 edrive 35 in mid April with a refundable $1,000.00 deposit. My sister had also ordered this vehicle and upon encountering an issue with closing her deal I said you can take my ord refundable $1,000.00 deposit. My sister had also ordered this vehicle and upon encountering an issue with closing her deal I said you can take my order as I'm in no rush for a vehicle. She went to the dealership and without anyone calling me they gave her my order. I never told anyone that I was ok with this even though I told my sister the dealership could have at least hiven the courtesy of calling me and telling me that she modified my entire order. She ended up getting a different car but now mine is whatever spec she chose. At this point I just want my money back and never want to buy from this dealership. The service department is excellent so I don't want to discredit them. I emailed Louis Phan the sales manager that my sister worked with on May 27th to give my money back and he never responded. I then called Lance a couple weeks after and he said he'll call me back in 30 minutes and its been a week since then. I'm left with no choice but to write this review in hopes that I can get my OWN money that I worked for back. If this does not work I will go further in efforts to collect MY money. I would never recommend this dealership to people I care about. More
