I made my appointment 2 weeks before through the GMC app, on the day of my appointment I arrived and the man who attended me first told me that he was not in the system, that I should come back later, that I on the day of my appointment I arrived and the man who attended me first told me that he was not in the system, that I should come back later, that I should make an appointment by call because the app doesn't send it to them, then Marcus arrived and he wanted to take my truck for the scheduled service, it's not my fault that the app doesn't work, the dealer and all of GMC promote it but it can't be used because it doesn't work? Waited almost 2 hours for oil change and change sensor on one tire. Went to inquire about the wait and shortly after that, my car was complete. I thought Dealerships wash customers vehicles after they are serviced. More
