I was shopping for a very specific, custom ordered, tailored just for me, kind of truck. After multiple failed attempts at different dealerships, I went to Spitzer Ford in Dubois. Bri was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of finding the right car! Mitch was great to work with while doing the financing and all of the paperwork and was great with getting my car looked at wh finding the right car! Mitch was great to work with while doing the financing and all of the paperwork and was great with getting my car looked at when it was making a sound off the lot (turns out it winter tires were left on it and the dealership swapped them out for new all seasons for no extra charge). Robin was amazing with keeping in touch during the whole process and a valet was also able to come and pick up my car and bring it back to my home since I couldn’t run it over because of work. The people here are amazing and truly care. I highly recommend. More
