Terrible customer service. Your service department messed up the steering column on my wife’s Acadia when she recently brought it in for an airbag recall, and when she brought Your service department messed up the steering column on my wife’s Acadia when she recently brought it in for an airbag recall, and when she brought it in to be fixed, the service rep gave her a hard time and tried to blame another place where they didn’t touch the steering column. Also, instead of fixing the problem that they caused, your service department supposedly did some inspection that my wife did not ask for and gave her an estimate of repairs totaling over $10,000 in an effort to gouge my wife. One of the outrageous costs was replacing the windshield wipers at well over $100 when nothing was wrong with them and we had recently replaced them. There were several other so-called repair items priced at several thousand dollars apiece on the estimate sheet that are not needed. The total cost of the recommended repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle. We’ve purchased three vehicles from your dealership in the past and likely will not be buying anymore vehicles from your dealership due to the terrible experience my wife just had. You guys should be ashamed. More

Lou was great to work with. I was looking at a specific used car online that happened to be gone by the time I called. I chatted with Lou and shared that the car I missed was fi I was looking at a specific used car online that happened to be gone by the time I called. I chatted with Lou and shared that the car I missed was first on my wish list so I would probably move on. Before we hung up, Lou thought to asked me what was my second and third choice. Turns out he had the 3rd choice sitting on the lot. I ended up test driving the car that night and making an agreement to buy the car. It’s my money, my decision, but I’m old fashioned and still like to talk to my husband about buying a car. Life happened right after and I was having a difficult time getting back to the dealer to make it official and drive away with the car. Lou and Chad brought the car to me in downtown Atlanta and we signed the paperwork over lunch. When I drove the car home that night, there was a loud noise in the rear end that I had not heard on the test drive. I had the car inspected by a local mechanic who presented me with a $2000 repair bill. I immediately called Lou and explained the situation and he suggested that I bring the car to the dealer the next day with the inspection report. When I showed up, I saw Chad who had brought my car to me and was welcome so warmly into the dealership. They escorted me right back to the sales manager and Joe heard me out. Listen to the problem and then introduced me to Nick Rose, the service manager. they walked me through what they would do, how long they thought it would take. About an hour, Nick came back out and explained what he thought was causing the sound and told me what he thought he could do to alleviate that. I had to wait about another hour before Nick came back out to get me. They ended up replacing the left rear tire , which seem to eliminate the loud noise. I just can’t say enough great things about this whole Jim Ellis team. Lou was absolutely fantastic, and the rest of the team rose to the occasion to stand by their name and their brand and to do the right thing for the customer. It’s rare to find this kind of customer service anymore and I am thankful and grateful for Lou and the Jim Ellis team! More

I had a lower tire pressure warning on the interstate. I️ was alone with my daughter. Called Jim Ellis and got Melissa she got us right in on Saturday afternoon.
