My experience with the Sales process at this dealership was sublime. Everyone was so nice and so respectful and helpful and upfront. Seriously, far and away the best experience I've had buying a car. He was a newer Sales Rep and he went above and beyond over and over, even with my occasionally complicated needs. And any of the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with supported him every step of the way. Can't say enough good things! More

I ordered my vehicle October 10 Ford kept me informed on the progress, I found that pleasing. When my Maverick was delivered Diehl Ford called to finalize the deal.
