They were above and beyond They took care of not just one of my vehicles, but unfortunately, two of my vehicles within a couple weeks and their work was superb. We have purchased several vehicles from James Wood and also had service performed. We have no complaints. It is not the luxury service we receive on our Cadillacs at the Cadillac dealers however with upsc also had service performed. We have no complaints.
