The dealer seems different since change from Axelrod to Spitzer. Despite setting an appointment, when I arrived there was no one to greet me as soon as I got out of my car for several minutes. Maybe hire m Spitzer. Despite setting an appointment, when I arrived there was no one to greet me as soon as I got out of my car for several minutes. Maybe hire more people. I’m also not a fan of the background music playing. Too loud and too much rock. Service itself was fine but I don’t like think I was listened to when asked what I was in there for and what I expected. I had to clarify it more than once. I expected better as Axelrod used to do this. More

I just filled out a review this morning, but I guess this is a different one. As I stated in my earlier review, our experience was just great from the minute we walked through the front door. Our salesman is a different one. As I stated in my earlier review, our experience was just great from the minute we walked through the front door. Our salesman was, Tom Shaffer. Tom was very informative, thoughtful and patient with us. He would explain everything and then tell us it was our decision. There was never any pressure. Tom made our experience with your dealership so nice. When we left, we felt like family. More

Ron and travis were absolutely awesome. .. Took care of my car from a different dealership and as soon as I lemon law that car I'm taking them both for beers after I go to the Gmc place an .. Steve has always made my experience enjoyable. This is my third vehicle that I purchased with him. He is very professional, courteous, and personable. He is quick to assess my needs, discuss options and make suggestions. I trust his advice on choosing my vehicle. I lost my last vehicle in an accident on New Years day. Steve was quick to make sure that I would drive away with a car that I would be comfortable in and in a couple hours he made a great effort in making sure that I has the "right" vehicle for me and I admire his effort to get me through the process.
