I have been going to this dealership for quite some time, and this time was not like all of the other times. I felt like I was a bother from the minute I walked in until the minute I left. It just didn’t and this time was not like all of the other times. I felt like I was a bother from the minute I walked in until the minute I left. It just didn’t feel like the normal welcoming and friendly enviroment. A “one hour job” turned into what feels like a 2 1/2 hour job with no real updates. I understand things take time but a little update without me chasing someone down would have gone a long way. Then when it was done it was another twenty minutes to run it through the car wash. The car came back wet… The service was done properly. Like everywhere else everybody is understaffed and overworked. Even with that being true we all have time for a simple nod or a smile. Because of my excellent previous experiences with this dealership I will be back for future repairs. Thanks for listening. Bob Ballas More

Service was good and timely for oil change and GM check up, but had requested tire pressures be adjusted to same as one is still at 41 lbs others 34/35 so was not done. The problem was 10Days out of warranty I was told they would try to get it through All I got was a sorry They didn’t even try. Great. I spent almost $1100 and didn't get my problem fixed. Rear suspension still an issue. And how is it airbags are no longer made! Amazing. I have been with Spitzer Buick GMC for over eight years now. I have been extremely satisfied with all the service from the I day I purchased my 2015 Terrain. It was a great car with always wonderful service from all. I have MS and my 2015 Terrain became harder for me and my elderly mother to get into and out of. I knew it was time to get a lower SUV and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. My service has been amazing so far again. Tom Reppucci is who worked with me on the sale and once again I was not disappointed. I don't think I could of found a better salesman. More
