OVERCHARGED! After being ripped off (I’ll explain), and 25 years of loyalty I’ll never be back. For ANYTHING. I was told that this repair was listed to take 2 1/2 After being ripped off (I’ll explain), and 25 years of loyalty I’ll never be back. For ANYTHING. I was told that this repair was listed to take 2 1/2 hours for approx $650.00. They completed the job in about an hour but still charged me full price. I complained and the service rep gave me a $50.00 “discount”. I called 3 dealers and the same repair was listed as 2 hours and $455.00. Needless to say, I will not return, for anything, ever. Don’t know what happened to Aaron Chevrolet in Lake Elsinore. This was a blatant rip-off. More

Overcharged! I called 3 other dealers and all were $200.00 LESS for same repair. Had to pay as I just towed my truck to Aaron Chevrolet. I complained and the serv I called 3 other dealers and all were $200.00 LESS for same repair. Had to pay as I just towed my truck to Aaron Chevrolet. I complained and the service rep gave me $50.00 off. So, after buying my truck there and service being done there since 2009, I will never go back. I would give ZERO stars if I could. More

I brought my GMC Denali to your location 3 times (during Warranty period) for the same issue (windows shuttering when lowering). This has never been fixed. I would like this fixed under warranty (now at 48 Warranty period) for the same issue (windows shuttering when lowering). This has never been fixed. Be very aware about this place. They put things in the contract that we had already declined! There’s still some charges they wouldn’t explain. The sales person was very nice but when we got passed on to the next person he was not forthcoming with the facts at all. I feel we were taken advantage of. The guy in finance didn’t know a thing & kept saying our questions should’ve been answered by the guy before him, but they weren’t. Not happy with this place! More
