After they got over the shock of a Texan buying a car from Maryland, the process was smooth sailing! Sam was very responsive and answered all of my silly questions. Taylor stepped in for him once and installed Google Meet just for me to do a video walk through of the vehicle. They were upfront about known defects with the vehicle and fees and we settled on a price quickly. Excellent experience. More
