Sales person was ok but for the financing they didn't put my Veterans discount on the car $500 after I was told they would send a check. Didn't happen. Also charged me states sales tax even after I told them my Veterans discount on the car $500 after I was told they would send a check. Didn't happen. Also charged me states sales tax even after I told them I was 109%disabled Veteran tax exempt on this car in Virginia. A form they could have done at the time of the sale. Also they added $9600 to pay my bank loan off but the bank lian was only around $9300. So where is the other part of this money. Nothing now but run a runaround of the mistakes made. Disgusted with the purchase. Also charged us for an extended warrenty we told them we didn't want from the beginning. After financing it in now they want to take it off the back of the loan and payment stay the same. I think he should have to redo all paperwork from the beginning. We love the car but are disgusted with this dealership. Hopefully this is seen by the right person and someone fixes these issues I have. Tom Clark 276 782 5161 More

Aschenbach Ford’s service department was very nice and allowed me to make an appointment on the day I needed and the time I wanted. They took my car back just as soon as I got there.
