I was told on the phone i couldn’t get an appointment for like a month, but they told me i could walk in same day and they would try to get my car serviced. I walked in and they immediately took my car back like a month, but they told me i could walk in same day and they would try to get my car serviced. I had to have my car engine replaced under warranty. I did at first have to contact the service manager for the first update. He was wonderful and even have me a loaner car. I was then set up with Earne I did at first have to contact the service manager for the first update. He was wonderful and even have me a loaner car. I was then set up with Earnest by test and phone we communicated regularly for updates. Earnest was also wonderful and kept me up to date. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of five is because when I picked up my car the battery was dead (which I already knew and they said they would jump it for me), however it took them 30 min to find the car in the lot because they could not use the key fob. I think there should be a number system for parking them. I noticed the oil change sticker had been updated, but it said the battery was good? When going to leavei discovered they had put the cover to the old engine in the back of my car and not removed it. So then I had to get them to remove it and make sure I did not need it. Thank you all so much for putting me back on the road. More

I bought a 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe Calligraphy edition. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CAR!!!!! I DO NOT LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! Since I bought my car, I’ve complained about the way the “auto mirrors” work! I was put I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CAR!!!!! I DO NOT LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! Since I bought my car, I’ve complained about the way the “auto mirrors” work! I was put off to “remind me your next visit! I did! FINALLY AYEAR later, the technician looked at it! Then I was told they would order the part and call me when it came in. Six month later, I stopped back in wondering what happened to the part. Then was told the Service Manager would call me back. THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN!! I left a message that I didn’t feel very important on their list of customers!!! The GENERAL MANAGER then called me and assured me that I was VERY IMPORTANT to him and that I am on HIS C list now!! He assured me that he would find out what is going on and call me back!! I am STILL WAITING! And now I NEED ANOTHER SERVICE & my oil change is late!!!! Are they doing this so they can take away my warranty?!?! WOULD SOMEBODY PLEASE DO SOMETHING???? I know it takes 4 hours to do a 45 minute oil change (which over accepted) but now this is way more SERIOUS!!!!
