We used to get good service at this dealership, but lately the service has been poor. They misdiagnosed the full problem with our vehicle, and a simple check of the wipers after they fixed other issues lately the service has been poor. They misdiagnosed the full problem with our vehicle, and a simple check of the wipers after they fixed other issues would have shown that they needed to do more work. Instead they released the car to us with the wipers not working and the key fobs needing reprogramming. We left multiple messages for the service manager to call us back over this poor situation, and to date Rob Heaney, the manager, has yet to return our messages, letting other people deal with us. The car had to be returned twice to fix everything, and we just learned an outstanding recall fix wasn't implemented so now we will have to bring the car back yet again. More

We first met with Dade when we were test driving multiple different brands. We ended up test driving a Hyundai Tucson N Line at a different dealership but we liked Dade as a sales guy much better than all different brands. The ethical nature of everyone we dealt with made this a memorable purchase. We had different manufacturers vehicle that had only 10,000 miles, but we were totally disappointed with it.
