I have to say this is probably my best experience working with a car dealership. Eric was very responsive to my questions and guided me through options of cars listed on Facebook and directing me to other in with a car dealership. Eric was very responsive to my questions and guided me through options of cars listed on Facebook and directing me to other inventory not listed that met my needs. When I finally decided to trek from Tacoma up to Everett to check out the cars I had narrowed down to, Eric got sick but he turned it over to Drew who walked me through the cars and went on some test drives. I was impressed that everyone was friendly and laid back, and I never felt any pressure. When I decided to make the purchase Drew gave me a good deal and wrapped up most of the details before turning it over to Nathan for final wrap up. It was clearly a team effort. Both Eric and Nathan followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was going well and that I knew how to contact them. Sure enough, I realized I had left my sunglasses in the car and Nathan rescued them and then made sure the car got detailed (I had bought the car on Sunday so the detail team was not in) when I came back to get the sunglasses the following week. I definitely would recommend this dealership to friends. More

He took the time to go over all the details of the car and answered our million questions without blinking an eye. Dan in service has been AMAZING to work with. Our car unfortunately had issues only 24 hours into owning it and we have now had to bring it in twice to the service department (where it currently still is). Dan's commitment to finding and fully fixing the issue before we bring our car back home has not gone unnoticed. He is in constant communication with us on what is going on and I cannot speak highly enough about his customer service and how great it has been to work with him. I feel confident in knowing that he is doing everything in his power for us. You have a wonderful team at Chevrolet of Everett and we look forward to being lifetime customers! More
