Went in to get an oil change that I thought was under warranty but ended up paying $250. I was told that since I was not within 23,000 to 25,000 miles that it would not be covered. They told me for the o warranty but ended up paying $250. I was told that since I was not within 23,000 to 25,000 miles that it would not be covered. They told me for the oil change to be covered under the warranty that the mileage of my vehicle needs to be within 1,000 miles of their recommended mileage marks (8,000 16,000 24,000 and 32,000) This does not make sense to me as I was not within the 1,000 mark on my first two oil changes (5,000 miles and 13,000 miles) and they were covered. The only solution they had for me was to call the corporate office to see if they could do something. I’ll be back for my 2 other free oil changes but will not be doing business with Clement again after that. More

The service at your dealership has always been excellent. I feel informed and cared for anytime I’ve had to come in. I really trust your staff.
