I was very impressed with the team of Kayla and Kyle on how they managed the sale. I felt the deal that was presented to me was fair and reasonable and I am excited with my new car that I will be picking u how they managed the sale. Front desk and check out desk are always o pleasant and kind. And helpful. Easy to talk to. On 24May2024, when I arrived home from getting my 110K service with my Tacoma after a tire rotation and Brake inspection, I noticed was missing a hub cap on my front passanger side rim. This is the second service with my Tacoma after a tire rotation and Brake inspection, I noticed was missing a hub cap on my front passanger side rim. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time this happened, I bit the bullet and bought a new hub cap. I think it would be great of conicelli toyota of Springfield to find the missing hubcap or reimburse me and replace the one that was just lost. The mechanics need to be more careful when removing, handling, and properly reinstalling the caps. I was having no problem with that ornament wheel hub at all, coming off or broken to that point up to that point More
