I would not recommend Criswell to people. Their staff does not communicate warranties and information well. I bought a vehicle from them and had issues which I told them about. I did not get it fixed within 30 days which I was not told was a requirement and they wanted $150 to diagnose even though they knew it was a problem. I had another issue with the same vehicle for engine repairs. They sold me a limited warranty which only covered $3000 of damages and did not disclaim this upon purchase. I am not fighting to get warranty coverage for even this minimal amount. More

I was reluctant to call Criswell Chevrolet, as I live in Florida, I wasn't sure that I would get the time of day. Staff at Criswell were very nice and accommodating while I was there. My salesperson, Noah, was knowledgeable about the truck I was purchasing and even helped with with transferring my OnStar/Sirius over t I was there. My salesperson, Noah, was knowledgeable about the truck I was purchasing and even helped with with transferring my OnStar/Sirius over to the new truck. Taking my truck back there for the extra items that still needed to be put on the truck was just as easy. Brandon scheduled everything and the other service guys followed through perfectly.
