Over the past 20 years I have always had excellent service experience at Dell. My decision to continuing to purchase cars there is based to a great degree on this. I had a rain leak during which the initial contact with Dell was fraught with miscommunication and delays, which was to be honest, unusual. That being said this was the only exception to an otherwise perfect history with Dell. When we had finally got things straight our service contact, Mark, and his team performed exceptionally well. The leak was fixed, tested, the car was cleaned and deodorized, all at a reasonable price. Excellent work!!! Thank you! More

The dealership is nice, good inventory, friendly employees, and solid location. But, for me a dealership experience is all about your salesmen. If you’re considering Del Toyota for your next vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Kyle Quittner specifically. I also wanted to mention Sales Manager Julian Castellanos. At the time of my car buying experience my wife just had a baby. The car I was buying was a gift for her. Julian made accomodations to assist me with getting my trade ins to his lot and helped me make the nee car surprise possible. 10/10 experience with these two individuals. More
