While chuck seemed to be a kind individual we drove over 2 and half hours and when asked to see the initial inspection report it took over 30 minutes to get it (top of the sheet said it was printed at 5:04 2 and half hours and when asked to see the initial inspection report it took over 30 minutes to get it (top of the sheet said it was printed at 5:04 and wasn't handed to us till about 20 minutes later. While he told a family member that the car didn't need any work upon initial delivery (to their dealership) the sheet revealed that it needed wiring repair and a replacement of a tail lamp a long with the SOD-L module potentially needing replacement. Wasted 5 hours of my day, bring your business elsewhere. More

Where can I start with the total lack of communication. My vehicle has been at dick Hannah ford service department in Sandy going on 4 months. The General Manager doesn't respond and or leaves it to someone else to patronize you with nonsense that has nothing to do with you. I have a lot of patience but going on 4 months is a ridiculous amount of patience. Dick Hannah voice message states that they know how important your vehicle is to you, your family and your way of life. Complete nonsense! You try to contact higher up and they lead you around like a dog and lure. Dick Hannah will also tell you that if we gave everyone rental it would cost us so much money etc etc. how about how much it's costing and continue to cost me not being able to go on with my life, business and regular work schedule. If I were anyone and reading this review l'd avoid this place like the plague. They don't update you and if you have the patience l've had and not calling giving them the benefit of the doubt, they will walk all over you.... Don't say I didn't try to help the public and give a fare warning of the nightmare you will have dealing with with this dealership. They don’t even deserve one star! More
