Was it because I was a woman purchasing a truck and I asked legitimate questions instead of letting him ram rod us through signing? It was so off putting that I can’t recommend this dealership unless they can avoid this man. Also surprised by almost 1k of work that was needed on the truck once my own mechanic looked at it. I provided images and details supporting what he found (dirty engine air filter, minor leak, dirty rear differential fluid. Jeremy indicated he was surprised that these basic service items were not corrected when the truck was “shopped” but there appears to be nothing that can be done. I requested help locating the service manual for the truck and was promptly sent a PDF, except it was for a gas engine. Skylar did not respond to this, so I asked Jeremy who sent me the “diesel” supplement. Really, as a matter of course, this information should be automatically supplied if the original manual is no longer with the truck. Jeremy? Top shelf. The rest of the deal? A little off putting.
