This was my first experience in purchasing a new vehicle. I have been stressing for weeks on this, and when I walked in there after visiting another type of dealership, he was the first person I saw. He was kind, and showed me that he cared about what I wanted. He asked me what I was looking for and what I felt I needed in a vehicle and then took me outside to show me the Tucson. He NEVER pushed me into anything I wasn’t interested in. I deliver cakes at times and so the boxes are pretty tall. My concern was finding something that would fit a tall box. When I mentioned this to Gavin, he went back into the dealership and came back with a measuring tape. He measured the back of my vehicle and measured the Tucson. We were able to see that the Tucson was a little taller. Plus, it was easier to put the box in. The sales rep at the dealership I had visited before never questioned me on my needs or wants. Even though I mentioned what I needed. Gavin was very respectful in answering all my questions. Even after I left, he never called to bug me about it, he respected me as a new car buyer. I sent him tons and tons of emails with all sorts of questions. He answered each without hesitation. If I ever purchase another vehicle, I’ll see him again. The nice surprise was that right before I left with my new beautiful car, he asked me to make a list of any questions I may have and let him know and he would be happy to help me. Gavin went over and beyond what he needed to do. More

Eckert Hyundai damaged my steering wheel, lost one of my lock nuts, and PREFORMED SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE I DID NOT APPROVE (which was a tire not covered under my plan). I made an appointment informing them I lock nuts, and PREFORMED SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE I DID NOT APPROVE (which was a tire not covered under my plan). I made an appointment informing them I would be having work done under the wheels and tire package they sold me. After I picked up my vehicle they tried to offer me new lock nuts for $240 and charge me for a tire I didn’t ask for. Disappointed in how they handled a bad situation. Only reconciliation offered was to have them undo the work on my vehicle for no charge and replace my lock nut. Spent 4 hours to have 2 tires replaced and then they want me to spend another 4 hours undoing their work and still have a damaged steering wheel. This will be my last visit. I bought my Elantra from them but will be purchasing my vehicles else where in the future. More

I suggest that you do NOT put a deposit down on any vehicle. You will definitely NOT receive it back!! I placed a required deposit of $1,000 to hold a Palisade in transit, but found a better deal somew vehicle. You will definitely NOT receive it back!! I placed a required deposit of $1,000 to hold a Palisade in transit, but found a better deal somewhere else before the vehicle even arrived. Please know the time frame from the time I put the deposit down to the time I contacted them to let them know I found something else was less than one week (two of those days they were closed for Christmas). One of the owners, Mark Eckert, will NOT respond to emails. He offered a “store credit” that will be valid for one year. FYI I did not purchase a Hyundai and should not need $1,000 worth of parts on a brand new Toyota. At one point someone said, “don’t waste your time on her” in the background while on the phone. Since I did not have a transactional purchase with them, they should return my deposit. This is not the right way to do business. More

In addition to the recall, I have taken it to them two additional times to get them to fix what they damaged when they were performing the service campaign. The last visit they wanted me to pay for some phony repair that they claim is a "coincidence", all to fix their mistake. The service manager Dylan Hulme refuses to make it right for the customer. I would give this place MINUS 5 stars if I could. More
