Folsom Lake Ford appears to be very knowledgeable about the F-150 Lightning EV. I've heard many horror stories about anti-EV service departments and dealerships not knowing. I love my Bronco! I felt like I made the right choice. When determining the monthly cost was a bit sketchy. I was told the GAP insurance was already included in the m I felt like I made the right choice. When determining the monthly cost was a bit sketchy. I was told the GAP insurance was already included in the monthly cost from the beginning. Once we came to a lower number I agreed with, they had me to talk with another man about warranties which at that point he told me the GAP insurance was not included. Due to me being in hurry for work I quickly agreed to a higher cost. Lesson learned on my end. More
