Found a nice, suitable car for my son advertised on their site. Got Shanghai'd with bait and switch tactics. Buying a car shouldn't feel like you have to watch your back at all times. The "original" dealer sticker was on the window listing the various options that came with the car. It wasn't until after we got home that we realized that the rear backup camera didn't even exist. When asked, they said "sorry, car was sold as is". 😡 So apparently they can put whatever they want on the sticker to get you interested in the car 🤷. A day after getting it back, the car was full of ants. Apparently it had been parked in their overflow lot that wasn't paved. I won't go back. Somehow they seem to think they did a job well done and keep sending me advertisements. I'm all for incentives for sales people to close the deal. But at the expense of making the dealership look shady? Not a good business practice. More
