Since we are not the dealership that sent you the value for the vehicle based on the information that you entered on their website, we do challenge the accusation of false advertising. You have many choices of where to sell your vehicle and we regret that your experience with us did not go they way it should have.

Having a vehicle breakdown is a horrible situation that we never want anyone to have to experience. We are happy that the vehicle was able to travel over 3,000 miles since the service was performed here at our dealership problem free before this breakdown. We would have liked to have had a chance to review the work that you had a family member perform to the vehicle before this breakdown. It is troublesome to us that your personal mechanic told you were used Ford parts in your Chevrolet on top of the other issues they said they found. We are very happy that the good folks up at Ghent were able to get you back on the road safely.

If the work was done correctly the first time I wouldnt have had to reach out to others for additional help. After all that is why I use ASA certified mechanics at the dealerships. I guess I expected a higher level of attention to detail and I hold the dealerships to a higher expectation as "you get what you pay for" however, your customer service in my time of high anxiety and stress was less than acceptable. So disappointed in your dealership.
