I asked to have my air filter checked, they did not check this. My receipt stated that I declined and that was not accurate. I also did not receive my inspection report & my brakes are now making noise when this. My receipt stated that I declined and that was not accurate. I also did not receive my inspection report & my brakes are now making noise when there was supposed to be a multipoint inspection completed. I am truly disappointed as I have been a returning customer but this makes me believe that declining any up charges results in poor service. More
