I went down to purchase several vehicles for employees, willing to pay cash for the deals. I was given a young, nice gentleman who did the best he could given that he was only there for a month, but given willing to pay cash for the deals. I was given a young, nice gentleman who did the best he could given that he was only there for a month, but given the level of service I had expressed to him and the management I expected more efficiency and respect of my time. Instead of a simple process of purchasing three vehicles in a matter of an hour, two at most, I was forced to waste five hours on the process as they screwed up the paperwork and had to reprint it two more times. From the beginning, I expressed that these were company vehicles to no less than three people including financing yet they then had me sign the paperwork with all of it in my personal name. I told him again, and he said "that's fine" until I finished signing it; he then said "oh we'll have to actually redo all of this." They then waited until the very end to inform me that I was not going to be able to take all the vehicles home for my employees; I asked several times about it before and they claimed no problem. They then claimed it was "late and hard to reach upper management." Being an owner of a business myself, when a potential recurring customer is expecting decent service I am expected to perform any day of the week; this was not the case here. I was then forced to come back the next morning, where they took another FOUR hours on paperwork I had already filled out the night before(again, redoing paperwork). Once we came back to trade in the vehicle, it turned out there was an error on the info they collected, even though we corrected information we gave them multiple times. I wasn't concerned either way as I had to leave, but suddenly everything was extremely urgent when it was on their end to not waste time; seven phone calls a day until 930 pm, when I explained to all of them email me and I can sign and send payment. I was extremely disappointed in the last of respect of others' time, the double speak when it came to specific questions and the overall experience. While I like the vehicles, my first experience with Chevy dealers here was a disaster and I plan on taking the rest of my fleet business elsewhere. (Side note, the salesperson(again, very nice and good person), finance person and manager are not even listed below) More
