We made an appointment for the works, oil, change, tire rotation, and to check an intermittent check engine light. Also, a brake light that was on. was charged $250 for an PCM update, I think tire rotation, and to check an intermittent check engine light. Also, a brake light that was on. was charged $250 for an PCM update, I think that was a little steep, and was also charged $125 to diagnose a bad wire near the brake master cylinder. I was also given an estimate of $550 to repair it, which I passed on. The engine oil reset light was not reset, The washer fluid was not refilled. As far as the tire rotation I don’t know if it was done or not, considering the washer fluid wasn’t refilled and the oil light wasn’t reset. do believe that $375. to hook to your scanner to update and diagnose the problem was a little steep. First off Mike Islami is IMO one of the absolute best and classiet salesman there is ANYWHERE, you honestly forget that he is a “car salesm there is! He knows what he is talking about when it comes to cars and each time we have went there to buy a car (4 times now about to be 5)I just tell him a few options I want/need price range and it’s like he snaps his fingers and delivers the perfect car, seriously I don’t know how he does it each and every time! Also at Gordie Boucher, when dealing with Mike I know that I they are straightforward with the cost/ charges on everything, which makes me feel good. We have recommended a few friend & family members so far and they have also been very happy Mike at Gordie Boucher . Not too mention that the Service Department is also Top Notch and also very very HONEST! How many people can say that about places when it comes time to have to service or fix car? Especially Jeff and Dakota both who are in the service department really know what they are doing and will make sure they do amazing work on your car for you More
