First time visit to dealership. Sales dept appeared to be non-existent during my walk around the showroom floor and sales lot. Vehicle was received for service at time indicated a Sales dept appeared to be non-existent during my walk around the showroom floor and sales lot. Vehicle was received for service at time indicated and serviced in a timely fashion. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Mr Nowak did an excellent job of communicating the service progress as well as the vehicles overall health and service needs in the near future. More
