I had to wait for part more than a month. Why it takes so long to get just part ? I paid almost nine thousand dollars but when I picked up car, car was so dusty outside &bad smell inside. The fee charges for diagnosis of vehicle is too high, $255 whereas other dealership don't charge if you are a customer. Also, it took a whole day to diagnose my vehicle although I made early morning app $255 whereas other dealership don't charge if you are a customer. Also, it took a whole day to diagnose my vehicle although I made early morning appointment; 9 am but my vehicle was ready about 4:30 pm. Why do they charge a storage fee of $150 a day if ones vehicle stays in their facility after repairs? More
