Chris saved for me. The last two services I had problems with my brakes not working after I had got them r replaced and my transmission another issue. This was the last straw with Henricks, this time Honda.. I got a call about my appt and no one knew who called me about appt but i had the number. Everyone said i will talk to them, Anyway Chris saved the day. I got my Honda inspected and got my tag. Hats off to Chris. More

Took Tacoma in for routine service where an issue was identified with the rack and pinion. Although it took three hours to service the truck, they said they couldn't get an answer on warranty coverage fo identified with the rack and pinion. Although it took three hours to service the truck, they said they couldn't get an answer on warranty coverage for the rack and pinion problem during the entire time I was there? They promised to follow up first thing the next day with answers and still haven't. This is exactly why I chose to get an extended warranty to avoid surprises and be sure to be covered. Disappointed. Just do what you say you're going to do. More
