This dealership provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unlike other dealerships, they refused to provide information over the phone and insisted I come in, despite it being an hour have ever experienced. When I arrived, I waited two hours before the finance manager addressed my file, and they still hadn't set up the payment numbers. When discussing financing, the agent realized he couldn't offer the lowest rate without verifying with Honda, which was closed. This should have been handled before my visit. I was promised a call back the next day after contacting Honda, but that never happened. Despite reaching out to Yuli Gonzales, Gary Casas, and Sam the finance manager, I received no response until 5 PM when I was informed via text that the car was sold. Additionally, David Yamas, the store manager, never returned my call despite promising to make it up to me. At least there's consistency among the staff: they all offer non-existent customer service and lie to your face while smiling and swearing they will help you. They are untrustworthy, incompetent, and waste your time. Stay away from this dealership and go elsewhere. I'm saving you the trouble. More

I was told I would be paying 0.00 dollars because I had less then 33,000 mileages but when arrived I was told I was given inco incorrect information.
