Service managers were horrible to deal with. Extremely rude. They upset me so much with their arrogance, that I was trading the car in at another dealership to avoid supporting Honda. Excellent service advisor who carefully and thoroughly explained everything that was do e and needing to be done. Gave options and best practice options.
